What about the role?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Stockholm. Savr is on an exciting growth journey and you will play a key role in supporting and executing our fast and smart growth strategy. You will have a unique opportunity to experience and impact how to scale a company in high growth. You will be working closely together with our Head of People & Culture, who strongly believes in working close to business and who advocates that the best results come from open communication and prestigeless teamwork.
Your mission will be within Talent Acquisition with main focus on Tech-roles and you will partner with hiring managers across our organization to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams. You will improve processes and ways of working, educate and collaborate with stakeholders and peers and of course own the full lifecycle of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to find the most suitable candidates to join us. Always with a scientific approach of how to best assess candidates while keeping a strong candidate experience and a fast process. You will also have the opportunity to impact and develop the recruitment process and to educate hiring managers on best practices within the area of Talent Acquisition. You will also support Head of People & Culture with various Employer Branding initiatives, with the aim to build and communicate an authentic employer brand and make Savr known as an employer of choice within Fintech.
- Drive ideas and concept development from a visual perspective
- Create clickable prototypes in Figma for internal and external testing
- Create intuitive and inspiring user interfaces
- Quality assurance in the implementation of design
- Contribute with structure and working methods that meet future challenges
We believe you have
- 5 + years of experience from a similar role within designing of digital interfaces, both strategic and hands-on
- Ability to prioritize based on impact
- Experience of delivering from prototype and wireframes to final design
- Curious, innovative and likes to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in your work and can explain your design decisions to others
- Self-propelled, initiative-taking and like sharing ideas
