We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner  to join Savr and become a part of our team in Stockholm. Savr is on an exciting growth journey and you will play a key role in supporting and executing our fast and smart growth strategy. You will have a unique opportunity to experience and impact how to scale a company in high growth. You will be working closely together with our Head of People & Culture, who strongly believes in working close to business and that the best results come from open communication and prestigeless teamwork. 

What you’ll do

Your focus will be within Talent Acquisition with main focus on Tech-roles and you will partner with hiring managers across our organization to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams. You will improve processes and ways of working, educate and collaborate with stakeholders and peers and of course own the full lifecycle of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to find the most suitable candidates to join us. Always with a scientific approach of how to best assess candidates while keeping a strong candidate experience and a fast process. You will also have the opportunity to impact and develop the recruitment process and to educate hiring managers on best practices within the area of Talent Acquisition. You will also support Head of People & Culture with various Employer Branding initiatives, with the aim to build and communicate an authentic employer brand and make Savr known as an employer of choice within Fintech.

Who you are

We believe that you have a flexible mindset and a high sense of urgency, who loves the challenge that comes with a high-paced start-up. We believe that you are passionate about candidate experience and have a good understanding of the importance of cultural match. 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • 2-3 years experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience, a plus if you have experience from working in a company with strong growth
  • A plus if you have experience from recruiting for business development and tech
  • A plus if you have previous experience of implementing a recruitment strategy and target group oriented employer branding initiatives
  • Favorable experience of innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, oral and written. German is a plus
  • Experience from recruiting candidates in other European countries is a plus, preferably Germany
