What about the role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Stockholm to lead our customer experience team and enhance our customer experiences. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer journey and lead a small team of Customer Experience Specialists and Backoffice Specialist and together with them work to make sure we’re providing a best-in class customer experience both from a back- and front-office aspect of the customer lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who loves servicing customers, creating efficient processes and nurturing a team. As a person we believe that you are an action-oriented problem solver, with a customer obsessive mindset. You have a genuine interest in leading and developing an ambitious and friendly team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report to our COO and work closely together with internal stakeholders across the organization.
Some tasks and responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and management to the Customer Experience team
- Oversee back- and front-office processes, constantly looking for ways to improve our ways of working
- Monitor the daily workload of the team and make adjustments based on customer need to ensure adequate coverage of our support
- Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Be the voice of the customer internally and bring insights to the product development team
- Guide the team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
- Ensure everyone on the team is trained thoroughly and has the tools necessary to succeed in their role
- Proactive tracking of customer health metrics
We believe you have
- 3+ years of individual contributor experience in a financial support/back-office role
- Experience developing, documenting and managing processes
- You are committed to growth and development, have a natural talent for coaching and a growth-mindset always ready to improve as a people manager
- Enthusiasm for SAVRs customers and providing them with outstanding experiences
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
