What about the role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure that we provide a best-in-class customer experience, encompassing both the back- and front-office aspects of the customer lifecycle.
The position is part-time and hourly-based (approximately 10 hours per week), offering flexibility to adjust your schedule based on other commitments, such as studies. You will report to our CX Team Lead and work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the organization
What you will do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment. You will become an expert on our product to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. A critical aspect of the role involves conducting simple analyses to understand the reasons behind specific questions and proactively addressing customer issues by clarifying and enhancing the product.
A typical workday will include direct customer interaction through our two primary customer support channels: live chat (Intercom) and email. It will also involve continuous collaboration with other teams and our external partners.
We believe you have/are
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and responsibility for their work. You should be detail-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. You have no problem pitching in where needed and excel in fast-paced work environments.
Additionally, we believe that you are in the early stages of a relevant university or college education and have a genuine interest in savings and investments. You should be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Since our customer interactions occur in written form today, your ability to express yourself clearly and linguistically correct, coupled with a desire to assist and educate, is very important. To thrive in this role, we believe you're a service-minded team player who finds tech-tilted finance intriguing.
