We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, focusing on both the back- and front-office aspects of the customer lifecycle.The position is part-time and hourly-based, providing flexibility to accommodate other commitments, such as studies. Initially, you would work approximately 5 hours per week – with a possibility of more hours later on. You will report to our CX Team Lead and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing startup environment. You'll become a product expert, enabling you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve conducting simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.Your daily tasks will include engaging with customers through our primary support channels: live chat (Intercom) and email. You'll also work collaboratively with other teams and external partners.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and is detail-oriented. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial. We welcome individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are willing to contribute wherever necessary. An interest in savings and investing is a plus!Moreover, we believe that you are currently pursuing a university or college education. Fluent communication in both Swedish and English is important. As our customer interactions are in written form, a clear expression coupled with a desire to assist and educate, is highly valued.
