The Role

We’re looking for curious, service-minded students to join our Customer Experience team alongside their studies. In this role you’ll help our customers navigate in SAVR and answer questions about our platform and services. Along the way, you’ll build your product knowledge, gain practical experience in fintech and learn more about the questions that matter to everyday investors.

You’ll work from home, with shifts typically running from 17:00 to 22:00 on weekdays. Our flexible scheduling means you sign up for available shifts around your studies.

Your Mission

• Help customers through live chat, email and phone, providing clear and thoughtful answers.

• Investigate customer questions and work closely with our full-time CX team to resolve issues.

• Build your knowledge of our platform so you can guide customers with confidence.

• Share customer feedback and ideas that help us improve the experience.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

• Are currently studying economics, finance or a related subject at university.

• Have a strong interest in stocks, saving and investing.

• Are fluent in both Swedish and English.

• Enjoy helping people and can explain things clearly with an high sense of service.

• Take ownership, pay attention to detail and actively seek out what you need to learn.

• Feel comfortable working independently from home and asking for support when needed.

• Can work evening shifts alongside your studies.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but curiosity, responsibility and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
