The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team at SAVR. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career - for example, a recent graduate - who wants to build a solid foundation within a fast-growing fintech company.

You’ll work closely with our Accounting Manager and be part of the day-to-day accounting processes, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of finance tasks. If you’re curious, structured, and ready to grow, you’ll have plenty of room to do so here.

Your Mission

• Support the accounting function to ensure accurate, timely, and well-structured financial records

• Contribute to the monthly close process and gradually take on increased responsibility as you grow

• Manage ongoing bookkeeping and perform monthly reconciliations

• Support year-end closing and audit processes

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and other internal stakeholders

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

• Have a genuine interest in accounting and a strong desire to learn and develop

• Have prior experience in accounting, or are about to graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Have basic experience with accounting systems (experience with Fortnox is a plus), or are adept at quickly learning new systems

• Have solid Excel skills and feel comfortable working with data

• Are structured, impact and detail oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others

• You have high agency, a proactive approach to tasks and learning and moving forward without detailed direction

• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
