What you’ll do
As our People and Culture Manager, you are the heart of our company culture and a key player in our growth journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain our employees. Your role encompasses both HR operations, talent acquisition and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a healthy, high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Oversee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
Talent Acquisition:
Lead the talent acquisition process from start to finish, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Collaborate with the leadership team to understand the company's talent acquisition needs and develop a strategy to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Organizational Development:
Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers to develop their leadership skills and improve team performance.
Design and lead initiatives (e.g. employee engagement surveys, performance reviews and exit interviews), to maximize the engagement of all employees and build organizational commitment to the desired culture.
Handle workplace conflicts and challenges by offering counseling and support to both managers and employees.
The ideal candidate
Has experience working in HR functions, preferably within startups or fast-growing companies
Has a hands-on approach and is flexible in switching between strategic tasks and operational legwork without hesitation
Exhibits positive energy and proactivity in identifying and resolving HR issues
Demonstrates exceptional ability to attract and manage top-tier talent
Exhibits strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
Experience managing talent acquisition processes and building a diversified workforce.
Has the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
