The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the best talent across the tech and investment space.

You’ll own the full recruitment process from first contact to signed offer, working closely with hiring managers to shape strategies and deliver results. You’ll also bring strong sourcing and outreach skills—both proactive and reactive—and know how to go beyond LinkedIn, tapping into diverse platforms, communities, and networks.

Your Mission

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (but with an emphasis on technical).

• Execute a top of the class recruitment process, with a sense of urgency and output in mind - but always with empathy at heart.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on hiring strategies.

• Build strong candidate pipelines through multi-channel sourcing and targeted outreach.

• Leverage AI and relevant systems to optimize efficiency and time management.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

• Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical future roles.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

• Have 3+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting, including for technical roles.

• Preferably have a Bachelors Degree from University or equivalent additional work experience.

• Have proven sourcing expertise beyond traditional platforms.

• Have high ownership, autonomy, and ability to work systematically toward results (prioritizing outcome over process).

• Value continuous learning, high interest of developing your self leadership and enjoy experimenting with new approaches

• Are curious, humble, and excited to contribute beyond your job title

• Have strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
